Westcott FJ80-SE 80Ws Speedlight

The build quality feels solid for a speedlight this compact, and the 80Ws output is surprisingly punchy for on-location portraits. I paired it with my Sony and the TTL metering was spot-on right out of the box.

The recycle time is incredibly fast, which kept my Sony setup flowing during a packed portrait session. The power output at 80Ws is solid for on-location fill, and the build feels sturdy without being too heavy.

Barely any color shift from my studio strobes, which makes blending them in a mixed setup seamless. The built-in radio receiver works flawlessly with the trigger, and the modeling lamp is bright enough to see what I'm doing without blasting the subject.
