CineStill BwXX Double-X 白黒ネガフィルム（35mmロールフィルム、36枚撮り）

I’ve been shooting this roll in low-light street scenes and the contrast holds up beautifully without losing shadow detail. The 36 exposures give me plenty of frames to experiment with different subjects. It’s a solid choice for anyone wanting that classic cinema look in a still camera.

The midtones are gorgeous, and the fact it’s basically the same emulsion from 1959 shows in how timeless the grain looks. I shot a whole 36-exposure roll at box speed and every frame held up beautifully in the shadows.

Shooting a roll of this feels like stepping back in time, and the fact that it's the same emulsion from 1959 really comes through in the tones. I love that I can push it a couple stops and still get those deep, dramatic shadows. The 36 exposures lasted me a good while, too.
