The locking mechanism feels really solid, and it held my phone securely even when I adjusted the tripod angle. No wobble at all, which is exactly what I needed for steady video shots.

I've used it twice on hikes now, and the phone stays rock-solid even when I'm scrambling over uneven terrain. The mount attaches to the tripod quickly and the clamp holds my phone snugly without blocking the charging port. Great little piece of kit for the price.

The grip on this mount is surprisingly secure, I’ve used it on a windy day and my phone never budged. It’s also really easy to adjust the clamp with one hand while balancing the tripod.
