Promaster Umbrella Black/Silver 45''

The 45-inch size is perfect for diffusing harsh light during portrait sessions, and the black backing blocks stray light really well. I’ve been using it with my speedlight and the results are noticeably softer than bare flash.

The silver interior throws light exactly where I need it, and the 45-inch size covers my subject beautifully for portrait work. Folds down compact enough for my gear bag, so it’s become my go-to modifier.

I was worried the 45'' would be too bulky for my small home studio, but it's surprisingly lightweight and easy to set up. The silver lining bounced the flash exactly where I needed it for crisp product shots.
